COMPUTER TEACHER

We require an experienced and dedicated computer teacher with a passion for sharing their knowledge and teaching IT to pupils from Grade 1 to 7.

Overview of teaching role

Essential requirements:

Teach computer skills to Grade 1 to 7 children
Teach coding to children in Grade 6 and seven
Use G Suite and cloud-based technology
Proficiency altogether Microsoft products
Participate in extramural activities (computer club and faculty functions)
Have a proper qualification at an appropriate level in an IT discipline or demonstrable experience.

Additional IT management requirements:

Manage and maintain the school’s IT systems
Maintain the school’s website
Use and maintain interactive whiteboards, sound, and media systems.

Personal attributes:
A desire to stay up with the newest IT trends
Have a passion for teaching and going the additional mile
Show self-motivation, initiative and a desire to form a difference.
